We are a Europe-wide supplier of LONWORKS ^® based network components, tools and technical know-how to Systems Integrators.

We believe that our knowledge of the LonWorks technnology and its applications as well as our extensive contacts with a large number of Systems Integrators and Manufacturers (OEMs) gives us the right to call ourselves - The LonWorks Counsellor.

Company Name.
As supplying components is our main activity we created a name by merging two English words COMPONENT and WELL. In Webster’s Unabridged Dictionary a meaning of the word WELL is "a source of abundant supply". Our name carries with it the promise that we will be able to supply an abundant number and a variety of LonWorks based components.

Organisation

Head Office covering Northern Europe is based in Malmö, Sweden.

Our German partner organisation, Sysmik, is managing sales and support activities in Central Europe. Inlon Sri based in Parma, Italy, covers Southern Europe and our Polish partner Norlon covers Eastern European markets.

• specifying tools to be used by Your personnel and by Your End Users to run the system
• specifying the components You require
• finding the required components, testing them and acquiring them for Your project
• installing the system
• testing the installed systems

Our Components and Tools
Our constantly expanding Product Catalogue contains components and tools from the world’s leading LonWorks OEMs however:

• If the product you require is not listed in ourcatalogue we will:
  - search for manufacturer(s) of such a product
  - check for the conformance to the applicable standards
  - investigate the reliability of the manufacturer
  - learn how to support the product
  - negotiate prices
  - purchase the product and supply it to you
• If the functionality of the product you are considering to use does not fully fit your needs we will try to convince the manufacturer of the product to alter/enhance it
• If we do not succeed to provide you with the product which exactly fits the system design you have chosen we will help you to change the design so that you will be able to utilise widely available components.
